By accessing or using Ayanshi Travels’ website, mobile app, or booking services (online or offline), you agree to these Terms & Conditions, including any supplementary guidelines and future updates.
1.1. Ayanshi Travels ("we", "us") is a licensed travel agency. By accessing or using our services, you ("User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and any other guidelines or modifications posted.
.2. We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes are effective immediately upon posting.
1.3. You must comply with all applicable laws and supply accurate, complete information. Misuse or violations may result in account suspension or legal action.
2.1. All prices include applicable taxes (e.g., GST) unless stated otherwise. Pricing covers accommodation, transportation, and identified meals, excluding personal expenses and optional add-ons.
2.2. We strive to offer competitive rates, but availability, fare/supplier terms, and timing can affect pricing.
3.1. Payments can be made securely via Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, etc.), Net Banking, UPI, Wallets (e.g., Paytm, PhonePe), EMIs, PayPal (where supported), or Ayanshi Travels wallet services.
3.2. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Any activity using your account is your sole responsibility.
Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment and confirmation via email or SMS.
Cancellation requests must be submitted through your online bookings dashboard or via support channels.
Cancellation charges vary by service type (flights, hotels, packages); please refer to your booking details.
a) Price Lock
By paying a nominal fee, you can lock a quoted flight fare for a limited period (4 hours to 2 days). Full booking and payment must be completed within that window. The fee is non‑refundable. We guarantee fare fluctuations up to ₹4,000 per passenger during the lock period.
b) Zero Cancellation Protection
Available on select domestic flights for an additional fee. If you cancel at least 24 hours before departure, airline and penalty charges are waived. The protection fee is non‑refundable.
c) Free Date Change
For select bookings, if chosen at the time of purchase and an additional fee is paid, travel dates can be changed up to 24 hours before departure, subject to fare difference and validity conditions (same origin/destination, same airline). One-time use only; manufacturer's t&c apply.
5.1. Ayanshi Travels acts as an agent; third-party service provider terms apply separately. We are not liable for accidents, cancellations, delays, or force majeure events beyond our control.
5.2. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service.
5.3. We strongly advise reconfirming schedules directly with airlines/hotels 24–72 hours before travel. We are not responsible for last-minute changes.
Your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Sensitive information (e.g., passport or vaccination details) will be redacted and shared only with relevant service providers or law enforcement, as required by law.
Travel insurance is available for booking but governed by the policy issued by the insurer. Ayanshi Travels is not responsible for claim rejections or coverage disputes.
8.1. Contact our customer care for queries or complaints. We strive to respond promptly and resolve issues.
8.2. In case of disputes, the jurisdiction is courts in Delhi, India.
We are not responsible for delays, losses, or extra costs due to unforeseen events such as natural disasters, strikes, government regulations, and similar situations.
We reserve the right to amend or withdraw any service or offer without notice.
If protection services or add-ons are misused or abused, we reserve the right to deny the service or cancel your booking without refund.
