Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy

At Ayanshi Travels, we strive to provide excellent travel experiences and services. However, we understand that plans can change. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be granted for travel bookings made through our agency.


1. General Policy

Refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of the service providers (such as airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.) involved in your booking. Ayanshi Travels acts as a booking agent and follows the refund policies set by these third parties.

We will assist you in processing any eligible refund based on the provider’s policy.


2. Eligibility for Refund

Refund eligibility depends on the type of service booked:

a) Air Tickets

  • Refundable tickets: May be canceled with a refund, subject to the airline’s cancellation fees and refund timelines.

  • Non-refundable tickets: No refund will be issued, but in some cases, partial refunds or travel credits may be available.

  • No-show: No refund for no-show passengers as per airline rules.

b) Hotel Bookings

  • Cancellation and refund policies vary by hotel and rate type (e.g., refundable or non-refundable).

  • Refunds will only be processed if the hotel allows cancellation within the specified period.

c) Holiday Packages & Tours

  • Refunds for tour packages depend on how close the cancellation is to the travel date.

  • Deposits and advance payments may be non-refundable.

  • If any service in the package is non-refundable (e.g., train tickets or special permits), the corresponding amount will be deducted.


3. Cancellation Charges

The following charges may apply:

  • Supplier cancellation fees (airline, hotel, tour operator, etc.).

  • Ayanshi Travels service fee for processing cancellations and refunds: [₹200 per booking amount].

  • Payment gateway or transaction fees  [₹300 per booking amount].


4. Refund Process

  • Customers must submit a written refund request by email to [support@ayanshitravels.in].

  • Please include your booking reference number, passenger name(s), and reason for cancellation.

  • Refunds will be initiated only after receiving funds from the respective service providers.

  • Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment unless otherwise specified.

Processing Time

  • Airlines: 7–21 business days (depending on the airline).

  • Hotels/Tours: 7–30 business days.

  • Ayanshi Travels will process the refund within 3–5 business days of receiving the amount from the provider.


5. Non-Refundable Situations

No refund will be provided in the following cases:

  • No-shows or failure to check-in.

  • Services partially used or availed.

  • Visa rejections or travel bans.

  • Cancellations made after the cutoff period defined by the provider.


6. Force Majeure

In cases of natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or other events beyond our control, refunds will be subject to the provider’s policy and may involve delays.
